Select “Activate” in the top right hand corner
Log into your Jethro Mobile account or create an account
Enter your SIM card number that starts with 89 (no need to include
the F)
Provide your email, name, and address where you will be using the
service (the address is used to provide you with a local phone
number
Submit your activation and wait 5 minutes for us to email your
phone number
Insert your SIM card (if you haven’t already), turn your phone off
and back on again, and enjoy your service

Provide your email, name, phone number you want to port, account
number, PIN number, billing address on your previous carrier’s

and back on again, and enjoy your service
Refunds A refund may be requested within 14 calendar days of activating
your sim card or within 30 calendar days for sim cards that have
not been activated for any reason as long as he usage is below 30
talk minutes, 30 text messages or 30 MB of data. It is not
required to physically return the sim card, therefore we do not
offer refunds on shipping and handling. The refund may take 3-5
business days to be processed upon approval. If the refund is
approved your line will be deactivated or if the sim card is not
activated any credit will be removed. Any data added to your
