The item is in  D) Used, Fair cosmetic  condition. It was inspected and has scuffs and scratches on the outside of the phone from normal use. The back of the phone has noticeable  scratches.  ( SEE PICTURES ) All ports and connections are in good cosmetic condition and the screen is in   Fair condition.  There is chipping on the screen along the left side of the phone. The chips have caused the screen to crack and spread across the entire screen. There are no dead pixels or dead lines and the screen still works as it should. ( SEE PICTURES #9 - #13 ) I was able to power on the phone using an in-house power supply (not included). The phone has been updated to Android 12 . I was able to connect to an in-house Wi-Fi  with no issues and surf the internet with Google. Front Camera,  Back camera, Display,  Fingerprint Scanner, Face Recognition , Speaker, Volume, Microphone, Bluetooth, and the charging port are all working.  The phone was reset after testing was completed.  Cellular is untested due to lack of active SIM card. The IMEI/ESN numbers have been checked for blacklist and are clean.  This phone is LOCKED to T-MOBILE. The battery charges, and holds a charge. Battery life is not guaranteed. After conducting a 30 minute battery drainage test the drainage level for this phone was 3%. This phone has a battery considered to be great.  The battery has been tested through Phone Check Software. **Network SIM compatibility GSM / CDMA / HSPA / LTE / 5G ** USB-C charging cable and power adapter are NOT included.
