This was my husband's phone originally set up as Verizon pre-pay but he only used it for about 3 months when we changed carriers (now use Visible wihch was not compatible). He did have a cover on it during the time he used it so it's in very nice condition. It is my understanding it can be used with any Verizon plan (not just pre-pay) but it comes with no SIM/SDM card which you can easily buy at Verizon stores/Walmart/Target etc. It is unlocked to the best of my knowledge and research but if I am wrong, buyer would get a full refund.
